Home Massage Dubai: 24/7 Mobile and Outcall Massage Anywhere in Dubai
Mobile Massage Dubai sends a licensed massage therapist to your home, hotel room, villa or office anywhere in Dubai, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Choose a male or female therapist, choose your treatment and choose 60, 90 or 120 minutes. Your therapist usually arrives within 35 to 40 minutes, bringing a professional massage table, fresh linens, towels and massage oils, sets up in about 10 to 15 minutes, and packs everything away when the session ends. You do not travel, park or wait in a reception area. You relax in your own space and stay relaxed afterwards.Â
Every session is a professional, therapeutic massage delivered under Licence No. 8357322 issued by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA). Prices are fixed and shown upfront: AED 400 for 60 minutes, AED 600 for 90 minutes and AED 800 for 120 minutes, plus 5% VAT.

Why Dubai books mobile massage instead of going to a spa
Dubai traffic, parking and fixed spa hours turn a one-hour massage into a three-hour outing. A mobile massage removes all of that. The therapist comes to you, so the time you book is the time you relax. After the session you can shower in your own bathroom, eat at home or go straight to sleep, which is exactly when the benefits of a massage are felt most.Â

Swedish Massage at Home
Swedish massage is the classic full-body relaxation massage. The therapist uses long gliding strokes (effleurage), kneading (petrissage), gentle friction and light tapping, working from the back and shoulders to the legs, arms, neck and scalp. It eases everyday muscle tension, calms the nervous system and is the best choice for a first massage.Â
Best for: stress, general tension, first-time clients, better sleepÂ
Pressure: light to medium, adjusted to youÂ
Oil: yes

Deep Tissue Massage at Home
Deep tissue massage uses slow, firm, sustained pressure to reach the deeper layers of muscle and fascia. The therapist works on knots and tight bands in the upper back, trapezius, lower back, glutes and legs, often using forearms and elbows. It suits people with long-standing tightness from desk work, driving or training. Mild soreness for a day or two afterwards is normal.Â
Best for: chronic tightness, muscle knots, desk-related neck and back tension Pressure: firm to strong, always within your comfortÂ
Oil: yes

Thai Massage at Home
Traditional Thai massage combines acupressure along energy lines with assisted, yoga like stretches. There is no oil: you stay in loose, comfortable clothing while the therapist uses palms, thumbs, knees and feet to press and stretch. It improves flexibility and leaves you feeling energised rather than sleepy. You can request one of our therapists from Thailand for this treatment.Â
Best for: stiffness, low flexibility, low energy, people who sit all dayÂ
Pressure: medium to firm, with stretchingÂ
Oil: no; wear loose clothes

Sports Massage at Home
Sports massage focuses on the muscles you train. The therapist combines deep strokes, compression, trigger-point work and stretching to loosen overworked muscles, support recovery between sessions and improve range of motion. It is popular with gym members, runners, cyclists, footballers and padel players across Dubai.Â
Best for: post-workout recovery, tight hamstrings, calves, hips and shoulders Pressure: firm and targetedÂ
Oil: yes

Couples Massage at Home
Two therapists arrive together and massage both of you at the same time, side by side, in your living room, bedroom or hotel suite. Each person chooses their own treatment and pressure. It is popular for anniversaries, birthdays, honeymoons and weekend date nights.Â
Best for: partners, friends, mother and daughter, special occasionsÂ
Price: charged per therapist (60 min AED 800 for two people)Â
Space: room for two tables, about 4 m x 2 m

Four Hands Massage at Home
Two therapists work on one person at the same time, in synchronised movements. The brain cannot follow both pairs of hands, which makes it one of the deepest relaxation experiences you can book.Â
Best for: a luxury treat, deep relaxation, giftsÂ
Price: charged per therapist (60 min AED 800)
Home Massage Dubai Prices
One simple price for every treatment, day or night, anywhere in Dubai. Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and exclude 5% VAT, which is added to your bill. You pay for the time you book, not for the type of massage, the hour or the area.Â
| Session length | Price per person | Good for |
|---|---|---|
| 60 minutes | AED 400 | One focus area plus a full-body flow, or a first massage |
| 90 minutes | AED 600 | Full-body treatment with extra time on problem areas (recommended) |
| 120 minutes | AED 800 | Complete head-to-toe session, deep tissue on several areas, or a long recovery session |

What is included in the price
A licensed therapist travelling to your address anywhere in Dubai, taxi fare included A professional, padded, adjustable massage table Freshly laundered sheets and towels for every client Massage oils, essential-oil blends and pregnancy-safe or unscented oils on request Setup and pack-up; the therapist takes all used linen away. A short consultation before the massage about your goals, pressure and health No taxi or travel charge, no late-night surcharge and no hidden fees; the only addition is 5% VAT.
How to choose the right duration
Sixty minutes works if you want general relaxation or one problem area, such as the neck and shoulders. Ninety minutes is the length we recommend for most people: enough time for a full-body massage and real work on the back, neck or legs. Book 120 minutes for deep tissue or sports massage across several areas, for a special occasion, or when you want the therapist to work slowly without watching the clock.
Payment and cancellation
You pay after your session, in cash or by card. We accept cash in any currency, as well as local and international debit and credit cards. No deposit is needed. You can cancel or reschedule free of charge any time before your therapist arrives. If you have to cancel after the therapist has reached your address, for example because of an emergency, you pay only the therapist’s taxi fare and nothing else. If the therapist who arrives is not the one you selected, you can cancel and pay nothing at all.
Is home massage more expensive than a spa?
Compare the full cost, not just the menu price. A spa visit in Dubai usually means a taxi or fuel and parking both ways, 30 to 60 minutes of travel, a check-in, and getting dressed and driving home while your muscles are still warm. With a home massage the therapist carries that travel time, and you are in bed 5 minutes after the session ends. For couples, there is no second car, no babysitter and no restaurant bill unless you want one.
Mobile Massage and Outcall Massage in Dubai:Wherever You Are
“Mobile massage” and “outcall massage” mean the same thing: the therapist travels to you instead of you travelling to a spa. We cover every type of address in Dubai.Â
Home massage in apartments and towersÂ
We set up in apartments and towers across Dubai Marina, JLT, Downtown, Business Bay, JVC and other communities. The therapist needs a clear floor space of about 2 m x 2 m for the table, which fits in most living rooms and bedrooms. Please let your building security or concierge know a visitor is coming, or share any access code, so your therapist reaches your door on time. If your building needs visitor parking or a visitor pass, tell us when you book.Â
Home massage in villas and townhousesÂ
In villa communities such as Arabian Ranches, Dubai Hills Estate, The Springs, The Meadows, Jumeirah Islands, DAMAC Hills and Palm Jumeirah, we can set up in any quiet room. Couples and group bookings are easy in a villa because there is room for two or more tables. Share your gate or community-entry details so the therapist is not held at the gate.Â
Hotel massage and in-room outcall massageÂ
Staying in a Dubai hotel or a holiday apartment? We come to your room. Our outcall therapists visit hotels and serviced apartments in Downtown Dubai, Business Bay, Dubai Marina, JBR, Palm Jumeirah, Al Barsha, Deira, Bur Dubai and near Dubai International Airport. Many hotels ask in-room visitors to register at reception. Add your hotel name, room number and guest name to your booking so we can coordinate with the front desk. A standard hotel room has enough space once a chair or luggage rack is moved.Â
Jet lag after a long-haul flight: book a 90-minute Swedish or aromatherapy massage on the evening you landÂ
Business travellers: book a late-night slot after your last meetingÂ
Honeymooners and couples: book a couples massage in your suiteÂ
Office and corporate massageÂ
We also bring massage to offices and co-working spaces in DIFC, Business Bay, Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City and across Dubai. For teams, therapists can provide seated chair massage on the neck, shoulders and back in short slots during the working day, with no oil and no changing. Contact us for team bookings and wellness days.Â
Holiday homes and private eventsÂ
For holiday homes, private events, bridal parties or birthdays, we can send several therapists at once. Tell us the number of guests, treatments and the time window, and we will plan the setup with you.

What your therapist brings
Professional folding massage table with face cradleÂ
Fresh sheets, towels and a face-cradle cover, laundered after every client Massage oils and essential oils; unscented or pregnancy-safe oil on request Hot stones and stone heater, wooden tools or silicone cups when you book those treatmentsÂ
Hand sanitiser and cleaning supplies for the tableÂ
Optional soft music from a small speakerÂ
You do not need to provide anything except the space.
How to prepare for your massage at home
Space: clear an area of about 2 m x 2 m (4 m x 2 m for couples). A living room, bedroom or hotel room works well.Â
Light and sound: dim the lights, silence your phone and switch off the TV.
Temperature: set the air conditioning a little warmer than usual; your body cools down while you lie still.Â
Shower: a warm shower before the session relaxes your muscles. Avoid heavy perfume or body lotion.Â
Food and drink: eat lightly 1 to 2 hours before. Drink water, and avoid alcohol.
Health: tell us about injuries, surgery, pregnancy, blood pressure, medication, skin conditions or oil allergies when you book.Â
Clothing: for oil massages you undress to your comfort level; for Thai massage wear loose sports clothes.Â
Pets and children: keep pets in another room and plan for an uninterrupted hour.
What happens during the session
Your therapist starts with a short consultation: what you want from the session, areas to focus on or avoid, and your preferred pressure. They step out or turn away while you get onto the table under a sheet. Throughout the massage you stay covered with a sheet or towel, and only the area being massaged is uncovered. This is called professional draping. You can ask for lighter or firmer pressure, a warmer room or a different focus at any time. When the time ends, the therapist leaves the room while you get up slowly and dress.Â
After your massage: aftercare
Drink a glass or two of water.Â
Get up slowly; you may feel lightheaded for a moment after deep relaxation. After deep tissue or sports massage, mild soreness for 24 to 48 hours is normal. A warm shower helps.Â
Avoid heavy training on the worked muscles until the next day.Â
If you had an essential-oil massage, wait an hour or two before a shower so the oils can absorb.Â
Notice what felt good and tell us next time; we can book the same therapist again.
Male or FemaleTherapist: Your Choice
Both male and female massage therapists are available 24/7 across Dubai, and you choose when you book. There is no extra charge for choosing a therapist’s gender.Â
Female therapist home massage
Many women, families, mothers-to-be and first-time clients prefer a female therapist for privacy and cultural comfort. Ask for a female therapist on WhatsApp and we confirm her name before she arrives. Prenatal and postnatal massages are usually booked with female therapists.Â
Male therapist home massage for men
Many men prefer a male therapist, especially for deep tissue and sports massage where firm, sustained pressure is needed. Male therapists are available for every treatment on our menu, including late at night in homes and hotels. You can also book a male therapist for your husband, father or brother as a gift.Â
Can a female therapist massage a male client in Dubai?
Yes, and gender is never an issue. A male client can book a female therapist, a female client can book a male therapist, and same-gender bookings are equally welcome. You choose, and we send the therapist you selected.Â
Whatever the combination, every session follows the same professional standards: a short consultation, full draping and a therapeutic massage only. If you or someone in your household prefers a same-gender therapist, just say so when you book.
Our professional-conduct policy
Mobile Massage Dubai provides professional, therapeutic massage only. Our therapists keep you draped at all times, work only on the areas agreed in the consultation, and will end a session immediately if a client asks for anything outside a professional massage. The same respect runs both ways: we ask clients to be appropriately covered when the therapist arrives and to treat therapists with courtesy. These rules protect you, protect our therapists and are part of operating as a licensed business in Dubai.
Languages
Our team includes therapists from India, the Philippines, the Netherlands, Tunisia, Morocco, Pakistan and Thailand. Tell us your preferred language when you book, for example English, Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Tagalog, Thai or Dutch, and we match you with a therapist who speaks it whenever possible.Â
Licensed,Insured and Safe Home Massage in Dubai
Mobile Massage Dubai operates under Licence No. 8357322, issued by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA). You can ask to see a copy of our licence before you book.Â
Is home massage legal in Dubai?
Yes. Home massage is legal in Dubai when it is provided by a licensed business using trained, qualified therapists and following local health and hygiene rules. Problems arise with unlicensed individuals advertising on social media or messaging apps, often with prices far below the market. These services are not regulated, the therapist’s identity and training are unknown, and clients have no protection if something goes wrong. Choosing a licensed provider protects your safety, your privacy and your legal position.
How to check a home massage provider in Dubai
- Licence number: a legitimate provider shows it on its website and shares a copy on request.Â
- Fixed, published prices: prices that change on the phone or seem far too cheap are a warning sign.Â
- A real business identity: a company name, a landline or business WhatsApp, and an email address on the website.Â
- Named therapists: you should know who is coming before they arrive.
- Professional language: a professional provider talks about treatments, pressure and health questions, not appearance.
- Reviews you can verify: on Google Maps or another independent platform, not only on the provider’s own page.
Our therapists
Every therapist is certified in massage therapy, with at least 6 years of professional experience, has passed identity and background checks, and holds a valid UAE work permit. They are trained in anatomy, contraindications and professional draping, and in the specific techniques they offer.Â
Hygiene standardsÂ
Fresh, laundered sheets, towels and face-cradle covers for every client The massage table is wiped down with disinfectant before and after each session Therapists sanitise their hands on arrival and before the massage Oils are dispensed from pump bottles, not open containers Used linen is bagged and taken away; nothing is left behind.
Who should not book a massage, or should ask a doctor first
Massage is safe for most healthy adults, but please check with your doctor before booking if any of these apply:Â
Recent surgery, a fracture, a sprain or a serious injury in the last six weeks Blood clots or deep vein thrombosis (DVT), or taking blood-thinning medication A heart condition or uncontrolled high blood pressureÂ
A high-risk pregnancy, or the first trimester of pregnancyÂ
Severe osteoporosisÂ
Fever, flu, or a contagious illnessÂ
Infectious skin conditions, open wounds, burns or a fresh sunburn on the area to be massagedÂ
Cancer treatment, unless your oncology team approves massageÂ
Sudden, severe or unexplained painÂ
Massage supports relaxation and recovery. It is not a medical treatment and does not replace diagnosis or care from a doctor or physiotherapist.
Massage during pregnancy
Prenatal massage is generally considered safe from the second trimester for healthy pregnancies, when the therapist is trained in pregnancy massage. You lie on your side with pillows, pressure stays gentle on the legs, and certain points and the abdomen are avoided. Tell us your due date and any complications when you book. With a high-risk pregnancy, pre-eclampsia, placental problems or a history of clotting, get your doctor’s approval first.Â
Which Massage Is Rightfor You?Â
Start from how you feel today. If you are unsure, tell us on WhatsApp and we will recommend a treatment and duration.
| How you feel or what you want | Best treatment | Suggested length |
|---|---|---|
| Stressed, can't switch off | Swedish or aromatherapy | 60-90 min |
| Knots that keep coming back in the neck and upper back | Deep tissue | 90 min |
| Stiff and inflexible rather than sore | Thai | 90 min |
| Sore after the gym, running or padel | Sports | 60-90 min |
| Cold, tense, want warmth | Hot stone | 90 min |
| Tired, swollen feet | Foot reflexology | 60 min |
| Puffy, heavy legs after a flight | Lymphatic drainage | 60-90 min |
| Pregnant, aching back and hips | Prenatal | 60 min |
| New mother, tight shoulders | Postnatal | 60-90 min |
| Want a special experience | Four hands or couples | 60-90 min |
| First massage ever | Swedish | 60 min |
Massage for back pain from desk workÂ
Long hours at a desk or behind the wheel on Sheikh Zayed Road tighten the muscles between the shoulder blades, the neck and the lower back. Deep tissue massage targets these areas with slow, focused pressure, and 90 minutes gives the therapist time to warm the muscles before working deeper. Combine regular massage with breaks from sitting and simple stretches. See a doctor or physiotherapist if back pain spreads down a leg, comes with numbness or weakness, or follows an accident.
Massage for neck and shoulder tension and headachesÂ
Tension in the trapezius and the muscles at the base of the skull is a common reason for tension-type headaches in people who work on screens. A head, neck and shoulder massage, or a full-body massage with extra time on these areas, eases the tightness. Sudden, severe or unusual headaches need a doctor, not a massage.Â
Massage for gym, running and padel recoveryÂ
Dubai’s active community trains hard, often in heat. Sports massage after heavy training loosens the calves, hamstrings, quads, hips and shoulders and helps you move freely for the next session. Book it the evening after a hard session or on a rest day, not just before a match.Â
Massage for stress and better sleepÂ
A slow Swedish or aromatherapy massage, booked late in the evening at home, lets you go straight to bed in a relaxed state. That is the biggest advantage of a 24/7 home service: you do not undo the effect by driving home.Â
Massage for jetlag and travelfatigueÂ
After a long-haul flight into DXB, legs often feel heavy and the body clock is off. A gentle lymphatic drainage or Swedish massage in your hotel room or home on the evening you arrive helps you relax and sleep at local time.Â
How often should you get a massage?Â
For general wellbeing, once a month works well. If you train hard, carry ongoing tightness or are working through a stressful period, every one to two weeks for a while is more effective. Pregnant clients often book every two to four weeks in the second and third trimesters.
Home Massage Across All of Dubai
We cover every community in Dubai, 24 hours a day, at the same price. The therapist’s taxi fare is always included. Arrival time depends on the hour, the traffic and your distance from the nearest available therapist; a therapist usually reaches you within 35 to 40 minutes, and we send you the exact arrival time as soon as you share your location.

Home Massage Dubai: Frequently Asked Questions
Is home massage legal in Dubai?
Yes. Home massage is legal in Dubai when it is provided by a licensed business with trained therapists. Mobile Massage Dubai operates under Dubai Health Authority (DHA) Licence No. 8357322. Avoid unlicensed individuals advertising on social media; they are unregulated and give you no protection.Â
How much does a home massage costin Dubai?
At Mobile Massage Dubai every treatment costs AED 400 for 60 minutes, AED 600 for 90 minutes and AED 800 for 120 minutes, plus 5% VAT. The price includes the therapist’s taxi anywhere in Dubai, the table, linens and oils. There is no extra charge for late-night bookings.Â
What is outcall massage?
Outcall massage means the therapist comes to you, at your home, hotel room or office, instead of you going to a spa. It is the same as mobile massage or home massage. All of our massages are outcall.Â
What is mobile massage in Dubai?
Mobile massage is a massage service where a licensed therapist travels to your address with a portable massage table, linens and oils. In Dubai it is popular because it saves travel time in traffic and is available when spas are closed.
Is your home massage service really available 24 hours?
Yes. We take bookings and send therapists 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays.Â
How quickly can a therapist arrive?
It depends on your location, the time and traffic. Usually within 35 to 40 minutes. Share your location on WhatsApp and we send you the exact arrival time straight away. For a fixed time later in the day, book a few hours ahead.
Is there a massage near me right now?
If you are anywhere in Dubai, yes. Send us your location on WhatsApp and we will tell you the earliest time a therapist can reach you, including late at night.
Can I choose a male or female therapist?
Yes. Both male and female therapists are available 24/7. Tell us your preference when you book; there is no extra charge.Â
Can a female therapist massage a male client in Dubai?
Yes. A male client can book a female therapist, a female client can book a male therapist, and same-gender bookings are welcome too. Every session is a professional, therapeutic massage with full draping. If you prefer a same-gender therapist, just ask.Â
Do you come to hotels?
Yes. We provide in-room massage at hotels and serviced apartments across Dubai. Some hotels ask visitors to register at reception, so share your hotel name, room number and guest name when you book.Â
What do I need to prepare?
Only a clear space of about 2 m x 2 m (4 m x 2 m for couples). The therapist brings the table, sheets, towels and oils. For hot stone massage, we need a power socket nearby.Â
What should I wear during the massage?
For oil massages, undress to your comfort level; you stay covered by a sheet or towel the whole time and only the area being massaged is uncovered. For Thai massage, wear loose, comfortable clothes.Â
How is my privacy protected?
The session takes place in your own space. Therapists use professional draping, step out while you get on and off the table, and keep your personal and health details confidential.Â
Which massage is best for back pain?
For muscle tightness from sitting or driving, deep tissue massage of 90 minutes is usually the best choice. For general stiffness, Thai massage helps. If back pain spreads down a leg, or comes with numbness or weakness, see a doctor first.Â
Is massage safe during pregnancy?
Prenatal massage by a trained therapist is generally considered safe from the second trimester in a healthy pregnancy. You lie on your side, supported by pillows. For a high-risk pregnancy, get your doctor’s approval first.
Who should not get a massage?
People with recent surgery, fractures, blood clots, uncontrolled high blood pressure, fever, contagious illness or infectious skin conditions should not book until a doctor says it is safe.Â
Do you offer couples massage at home?
Yes. Two therapists come together and massage both of you side by side. It costs AED 800 for 60 minutes, AED 1,200 for 90 minutes and AED 1,600 for 120 minutes for two people, plus 5% VAT.Â
Can I book for a group or event?
Yes. For bridal parties, birthdays, family visits or corporate wellness days we can send several therapists at once. Message us with the number of people and treatments.Â
How do I pay?
You pay after your session, in cash or by card. We accept cash in any currency and both local and international cards. No deposit is needed, and the price already includes the therapist’s taxi, with no hidden fees.Â
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel or reschedule free of charge any time before your therapist arrives. If you cancel after the therapist has reached you, for example because of an emergency, you pay only the taxi fare. If the therapist who arrives is not the one you selected, you can cancel and pay nothing.Â
Can I book the same therapist again?
Yes. Tell us the therapist’s name when you book and we will schedule them whenever they are available.
Should I tip the therapist?
Tipping is not required. If you are happy with your massage, a tip is appreciated and goes directly to the therapist.
What if I am allergic to certain oils?
Tell us when you book. We can use an unscented, hypoallergenic oil or a different product, and avoid nut-based oils.
How long does setup take?
About 10 to 15 minutes. Your massage time starts when the massage begins, not when the therapist arrives.
Can I book a massage for someone else or as a gift?
Yes. Book on WhatsApp with their name, address and preferred time, or ask about a gift voucher.
Are you open during Ramadan?
Yes, we stay available 24/7 during Ramadan, including after iftar and late into the night.Â
Which areas of Dubai do you cover?
All of Dubai, including Dubai Marina, JBR, Palm Jumeirah, Downtown, Business Bay, DIFC, JLT, JVC, Al Barsha, Jumeirah, Dubai Hills, Arabian Ranches, Mirdif, Deira, Bur Dubai and every other community. Travel is included in the price.Â
